As our new People Lead you enhance our business performance and make sure people thrive and feel their work is meaningful. This happens in practice by participating in our recruitment processes, shaping our management practices, internal HR processes and Bofor culture. There are many practical things like, employment contract, TES and healthcare, but your main job is to ensure our company values are implemented to their full potential, and that everyone at Bofor – about 30 people scattered around Helsinki, Turku and Tampere offices and elsewhere in home offices – are feeling our company culture as their own.

We will hire you based on your personality, HR experience, business development skills and ability to lead Bofor culture even further. You need to know the HR regulation and law in practice, have a people first approach to business development and be the courageous personality who is visible and able to communicate our culture to the outside world.
