What you’ll do

You’ll play a key role in our people operations, supporting both employees and business growth. You’ll drive talent acquisition and employer branding, strengthen employee experience and wellbeing, and make sure our people operations run smoothly. You’ll also help organize internal events and contribute to learning & development. You’ll be part of a three-person people operations team and work closely with other teams.

Your main tasks

  • Support and advise on HR-related topics
  • Manage and develop talent acquisition and employer branding
  • Manage and develop HR processes (onboarding, absences, occupational health, exits, etc.)
  • Drive wellbeing and DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging)
  • Handle internal and external communications
  • Help organize internal events and support office-related development

What we’re looking for

  • Around 2–4 years of experience in HR, preferably in talent acquisition, employer branding, and employee experience. Experience in expert organizations is particularly valued.
  • A hands-on approach and ability to see things through
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to support employees in sensitive situations
  • Professional Finnish and English skills
  • Ability to work at Bofor’s Espoo office several days a week and occasionally visit Turku and Tampere offices

💰 Salary: 4,200–4,800€ per month based on experience + annual bonus
